Recently, Spirit of Manila acquired a 10-hectare property at DMIA to house its fleet of Boeing aircraft. Together with its technical and investment partners, the company will start soon the construction of large hangars for aircraft maintenance services to DMIA’s regional and international carriers, including the fabrication of airframe and component overhaul on some of the most widely used commercial aircraft in the Asia Pacific Region.

Spirit of manila shut its operation because of its very large debts to its suppliers and staffs..they never paid its aircraft insurance as well as govenment agencies..they keep on promising they will pay all their obligations...sad to say, it never happened..ba careful...
By the way, the CEO, jaime matibag has an incurable disease...brain damage or "sira ulo"...and he loves to tell a big big LIES..just be careful with this guy.. Also with his management team..they will just leave you without notice!!!

Does anyone know why jaime matibag is not listed in securities and exchange commission?..he is trying to hide and avoid any consequences if the airline collapses..however, sfter my thorough research, i found this names..trisha gubish, basilio,yvonne silva,johhny ramos,emil bichara as listed in SEc as investors..i think the government should run after this people and force these people to pay their staffs..if not...these people should be executed..

I was part of management that never got paid, the ones listed on the SEC, I know for one Mr Emil Bichara has resigned from the board immediately after finding out the unbelievable irregularities, I should know I was persistent in asking the person on why the resignation. He was a consistent opposition to management when things are not done the proper and legal way.....
